On the taskbar"Contacts"
Through the taskbar"Contacts", you can contact the people you talk to on the taskbar of your Windows 10 device. By pinning the most used contacts to the taskbar, you can send them an email with just a few clicks, or call them or send them a message via Skype.
To get started, select the"Contacts".
Notice: If you do not see "Connections" on the taskbar, press (or right-click) the taskbar and make sure there is a check mark next to "Show Connections on the taskbar". Otherwise, check Show connections on the taskbar.
